REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY
A deposit of a minimum of $75.00 for each camp session that you are applying for must accompany a registration. This deposit is non-refundable.
The balance of the fees may be paid with the registration or may come as a post-dated payment for the balance ? payable no later than June 15.
No refunds are issued if cancellation of a registration is within two weeks of the beginning of a camp session.
RENTAL REFUND POLICY
The rental deposit amount as stated on the rental agreement for the specific rental period must accompany the signed rental agreement. This deposit is non-refundable.
If a rental booking is cancelled by the rental group after the rental agreement has been signed and returned to the camp, the base minimum rental amount as stated in the agreement must be paid in full to the camp.
If a rental is cancelled by the rental group after the confirmed number have been communicated to the camp, the payment for the confirmed numbers or the base minimum rental fee ? whichever is higher ? shall be paid to the camp.
