This Leaders-In-Training program is for those in their 16th or 17th year, going into grade 11 or 12.  Over the years, those who have done this program consistently say, that these four weeks will change you from the inside out and it is there that they created some of the most meaningful friendship in their life.

This program is a unique element of camp as it is preparing teenagers not only to serve at camp in future years but also to equip them with leadership, personal and faith-based learnings that will beneficially for their future.

Our Leader-In-Training (LIT) Program is designed as an ideal transition between being a camper and becoming a staff member. The program emphasizes the development of Christian and leadership skills in an adventure-learning context. It offers a balance of formal training, mentoring and practical hands-on experience.
